The art center Synesthésie aims to gather diverse artistic personalities in order to create new and enriching situations. Based on that idea, Syne is an exploration of atypical associations of weights and styles. Syne has been released under open-source license through Bonjour Monde's Gitlab page. It has since been updated and expanded several times, to offer a larger language coverage as well as a variable font, and has joined the Google Fonts catalogue.
